The paper advances a new ‘Society-Actors-Processes-Policy’ (SAPP) framework to aid policy makers and management scholars in addressing big societal challenges. A sensitizing is developed from evaluating extending debates top journals linked SAPP contributes policy, practice theory by offering novel perspective conceptualize examine the relationship between organizations, people management, making challenges across micro, meso macro levels. supports more meaningful theorizing wider public community encouraging dialogue academics, other stakeholders.
